Measurements : Measure your current belt from the fold around the buckle (middle of the hole for the buckle) to the most comfortable/used hole. This will give you your specific belt size. 

These belts consist of 7 holes for enough room to lose or gain weight. 

Ex. Size 34 can go up to size 37 or down to 31
